Question 6
What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing your product?
From the start of making my magazine to getting the finished product I feel like I have learnt a lot of new ways to handle different technologies that are involved in making my magazine. One resource I have used a lot during the making of my magazine was a camera, obviously in the past I have had experience with using a camera but this time I had to take into account so many different things e.g. lighting, props and what the model has to look like to reflect well on the final images. I also learnt when to use a flash and when not too as sometimes it can make the pictures look too edited and this isn't the look I was going for.
Fortunately I had a 10 mega pixel camera to use when doing my pictures so they came out in a very high quality and needed barely any photoshopping.
With regard to any editing that did need doing I used Photoshop, to cut and crop the images to suit my magazine and to slightly enhance some of them. I used photoshop briefly last year in ICT but not in as much depth as I have done in this course, many of the features were brand new to me and I had to get to grips with them fast in order to finish my magazine. I loved that you can change the image completely to suit your needs or just simply crop it and its not too complex.
Another thing I also learnt a lot about was the online programmes I had to use like Blogger and Slideshare because I had never used these before. Once I got into the two programmes and familiarised myself with what it had to offer I found it very easy to get around it and I will no doubt use these in the future for other media projects I have. I found Slideshare very useful and surprisingly simple to use but yet I thought it was an effective way of broadcasting all the different aspects of my magazine from the start and throughout.

Question 5
How did you attract/address your audience?
I included a number of different things to incorporate into my magazine to address/attract the audience. I had to bear in mind what my audience would find attractive so then they would buy it.
Below is a link to my Slideshare account where I will be answering how my magazine did attract the target audience.
